Ingredients
| 1/2 c | oil, canola or olive |
| 1/3 c | sugar |
| 1/4 c | vinegar (i prefer rice, but any kind you have will work) |
| 1 pkg | broccoli slaw (contains broccoli, carrots and red cabbage) |
| 1 c | sliced almonds |
| 1 c | dried cranberries |
| 2 pkg | raw ramen noodles, smashed up (do not use seasoning) |
| 1 pkg | optional: edemame, sunflower seeds, or shredded carrot, try whatever you think will be good! |

Directions
Mix oil, sugar and vinegar.
In large bowl, mix together broccoli slaw, almonds, craisins and broken Ramen noodles. You DO NOT COOK THE NOODLES.
Add dressing and toss.
Let stand for a few hours.
