Missy's Notes:

This is the best guacamole I have ever tried. If you like your guacamole with a little kick, this is the one for you. Serve it some chips or add to your taco salad. (If you do not like tomatoes you can leave out).

This guac is not for the faint of heart, but it sure is delicious! I love the fresh taste of the lime juice and Serrano pepper. Next time I make it, I'm totally doubling the recipe. Yummy, indeed!

Directions

1
Using fork, mash avocado with lime juice in small bowl. Add cilantro, chopped onion, tomato, chopped garlic, Serrano chilies and salt and stir to combine.

This is almost exactly how I make my guacamole with the exception that I always use red onion, it gives it a sweeter taste.

down here in S. Calif.- this is the recipe my family and I use- you can use a jalepeno chili as well; I never add garlic- matter of taste;

Not a fan of raw onion, so I omit that, but I love the zing the fresh garlic gives it.
