Missy's Story

This is the best guacamole I have ever tried. If you like your guacamole with a little kick, this is the one for you. Serve it some chips or add to your taco salad. (If you do not like tomatoes you can leave out).

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
This guac is not for the faint of heart, but it sure is delicious! I love the fresh taste of the lime juice and Serrano pepper. Next time I make it, I'm totally doubling the recipe. Yummy, indeed!

Ingredients

1 large
avocado
juice from 1/2 of a lime
1/8 c
chopped cilantro
1/4 c
onion, finely chopped
1 large
garlic clove, finely chopped
1 large
serrano chili, seeded and chopped
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 small
tomato, finely chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Using fork, mash avocado with lime juice in small bowl. Add cilantro, chopped onion, tomato, chopped garlic, Serrano chilies and salt and stir to combine.

Yummy I added garlic salt, diced tomatoe, onion diced and red pepper with out the seeds to spice it up. and I did not have cilantro and I ate it with bread. I kept the pit in it and it stayed green and then I took the pit and put toothpicks in it and watch it grow in a glass of water. Just for fun.
