My family and friends loves it and it is so simple and easy to fix it. I make them for the holidays. It is so great and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 cups chopped pecans, divided
  • - assorted crackers

How To Make pineapple pecan cheese ball

  • Step 1
    1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in pineapple, green pepper, green onions, seasonings and 1/2 cup pecans. 2. Turn out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. 3. Before serving, roll cheese ball in reamining pecans. Serve with crackers.
