My momma has always made this since I can remember. This is really good with blackeyed peas, coleslaw, and sweet tea. It would also be really good for a brunch.

Ingredients
- 1 pound mild pork sausage
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- - shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make sausage rice casserole

Step 1Brown onion and sausage. Drain. Add rice, soup, and milk. Pour into casserole dish. Top with cheddar cheese.

Step 2Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3(we always used cream of mushroom which is better to me but if you don't like mushrooms, use cream of chicken)
