Ingredients
- 28 ounces frozen potatoes o'brien with peppers & onions, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup munster cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
How To Make potato casserole

Step 1Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Spray a 2 qt casserole with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the bread crumbs & butter until well mixed. Spoon the mixture into the casserole dish. Mix the bread crumbs & melted butter; sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake the casserole for 50 - 60 minutes or until bubbly & potatoes are tender.

Step 3TIP: Try baking in individual serving dishes for a festive twist. Reduce the baking time to 40 minutes.
