What a good cake!  It is a great served as a dessert, but I also enjoy a slice of it for breakfast.  I am pretty darn confident that everyone around your table will like it too.

Directions

1
Combine cake mix adding 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream, pudding, oil, and vanilla. Mix well
2
Divide batter in half. To one half, add brown sugar, Kahlua, and pecans. Grease bundt pan.
3
Pour 1/2 of the pecan mixture, then all of the plain mixture, then remaining half of pecan mixture. Run a knife through mixture to marblize. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Check cake in 1 hour.

I tried this recipe last night. The cake was a huge hit! I used Splenda brown sugar blend, which cut the sugar. This cake is a crowd pleaser.

My granddaughter came over yesterday and we made your cake. She took some home for her mom, dad, sister & brother, everyone loved it. I sent some to work with my hubby and it was a huge success. My husband loves it, too. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

This was a hit at work! Wonderful, and oh, so easy to make! I used my silicone bundt pan...I use that for EVERYTHING, and it was terrific! Thanks for sharing it!

I made this cake on Sunday and it was wonderful! So moist and bursting with flavor. For Bundt cakes I use a 12 cup cast iron bundt pan that I found in my mother-in-laws basement before she moved to the nursing home. The result was a thick and chewy crust on the top and sides of the cake. Is this the same result for those of you with aluminium pans?

Is "Golden Butter Cake" a brand name or a flavor? I mean, is it made by Pillsbury, or Betty Crocker, or Duncan Hines? Just wondering, so I can find it easier in the store. I make a lot of cakes & cookies from scratch, so I'm not too familar w/a lot of brands. Or it is a regional brand??
