Ingredients

1 c	crushed vanilla wafers (or graham crackers)
1 c	finely chopped pecans or walnuts
2 c	powdered sugar (separated in cups)
2 Tbsp	cocoa, unsweetened (or to taste)
1/4 c	bourbon
1 1/2 Tbsp	light corn syrup

Jenny's Notes:

These are delicious & easy!!

Mix wafers,nuts,1 cup of powdered sugar and cocoa.

In a separate bowl, Blend bourbon and syrup.

Combine the dry and wet ingredients.

Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in remaining powder sugar.

Refrigerate.
Serve chilled.
makes about 4 dozen!
