Al's Notes:
I was lucky to have Jeannies in my life. One, who was the wife of my friend Mike, brought me this cheesecake in 1989. The other was my wife for 32 years who made this for me anytime I asked.
It is magical because how could anything this easy be so good.

Directions

1
Bake crust at 350 degrees for 9 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
2
Blend together first four ingredients. Add to baked and cooled 9 inch pie shell.
3
Cover with strawberry glaze and strawberries.
4
Chill before serving.
5
Thank God and the two Jeannies.
6
Alternately, you can make my Homemade Magical Cheesecake Crust which follows:
7
Add the two cups of crushed vanilla crumbs to bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients into melted butter.
Mix melted butter mix with crumb mix by hand.
8
Press into 9 inch pan, over bottom and up the side.
9
Bake for 9 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 10 minutes. Use in place of store bought crust.

This really looks and sounds great, however I have never heard of "cake like ice cream cones" are you talking about the waffer type cones? I'd love to try this but I want to make sure I shop for all the right ingrediants
