Comments from the Test Kitchen: Kitchen Crew

The mix of fruits in this recipe is so fabulously scrumptious... Perfectly sweet and flaky.

Directions

1
Mix flour, salt and crisco with fork or pastry blender until resembles meal consistency. Add cold water and mix - form into two equal size patties and refrigerate for about 1/2 hour. Roll out and form into pie dish.
2
Add filling and lay top crust over pie. Seal by folding top edge over bottom edge and decorate edge with fork. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. Serve with ice cream or whip cream.

- c 2/3 cup +2tbsp. butter flavor crisco

Is this missing part of the measurement or does it just have an extra C at the begining?

I am going to save this recipe for later this summer when peaches are plentiful. Sounds delish!
