Ingredients For tex-mex jalepeno poppers

  • 1 lb
    jalepenos
  • 1 lb
    bacon
  • 2- 8 oz
    pkgs. cream cheese

How To Make tex-mex jalepeno poppers

    prepare jalepenos by cutting a capital 'T' in side to remove sees. fill w/ cream cheese, & wrap w/ a strip of bacon. place on baking sheet, w/ cut side up. bake @ 4oo deg. for about an hour, till pepper is tender to a knife tip. yum!

    ~NOTE~ WHEN WORKING W/ HOT PEPPERS, IT IS IMPORTANT, NOT TO GET ANYTHING NEAR YER' EYES OR MUCUS MEMBRANES. ADVISABLE TO WEAR RUBBER GLOVES.
