1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 stk butter, unsalted, softened
6 eggs, large, room temperature
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 c water, boiling
RASPBERRY COULIS (OPTIONAL)
12 oz raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 c sugar
1 Tbsp water
