1 bunch	broccoli in bite size pieces
1 stick	marg. melted
2 -8 oz.	cream cheese, soft
2 cans	cream of celery soup

I could smell the cream cheese cooking and it smelled great! Panko bread crumbs sprinkled on top would give this dish a nice crunchy texture. Absolutely lovely as a side dish with roasted or grilled chicken.

Directions

Cook the first 2 ing. 5 mins. and drain well, cool. Put them in a buttered 9x13' dish. Mix the next 5 ing. and pour over, sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered. Bake 350 for 35 mins.

i am glad this recipe got me a Blue Ribbon, thank you. & I am glad everyone has liked it. I have been making it for years & have give the recipe out so many times. & also thank you for adding the picture. It looks really good & is making me hungry for it. Think i will have to make it for dinner one night this week, lo.

Two of my favorite vegetables so I'm going to give it a try. Have you tried any soups other than
Cream of Celery? Not my fave, so I'm wondering about a substitute.

I haven't tried any other soup, BUT I am sure you can probably use something different like cream of mushroom or cream of chicken. My Broccoli, Rice & Cheese Casserole calls for cream of mushroom, but my daughter in law can't have anything with mushrooms in so I started to use cream of chicken & no one can tell the difference. Let me know what you try & how you like it.:)

Sad to say I gag at the thought of either vegetable but I know my family will just LOVE this!!! Nice and easy to make too! Congrats on the ribbon and thanks for sharing!
