Ingredients For cheese and corn chowder

2 cpotatoes, diced

1 ccarrot, sliced

1 ccelery, chopped
-
1/2 conion, chopped

1/4 tsppepper
-
1 cancream style corn
-
1 1/2 cmilk, non fat

1/2 ccheddar or american cheese, shredded
How To Make cheese and corn chowder

1Combine potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and seasonings in a pan. Cover and simmer 10 minutes

2Add corn and pepper. Cook 5 minutes more or until vegetables are cooked

3Add milk and cheese. Stir until cheese melts and chowder is heated through. DO NOT BOIL

4Serve hot

5Tip: Ham, Cheese and Corn Chowder: add 1/2 cup cubed cooked ham.
