- QUICK PIZZA SAUCE

1 tspolive oil

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 1/2 ctomato sauce

1 tspitalian seasoning

sugar, salt,and pepper, to taste
- PIZZA PREP

1 cquick pizza sauce, recipe above, or prepared pizza sauce

1pizza dough ball (about 12 oz)

1 mdroasted red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
-
1 cchopped broccoli florets
-
1/3 cfresh or frozen corn, thawed, drained and patted dry

1 1/2 c(6 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1 cshredded (4 oz) fontina cheese
-
20 -24 slicepepperoni
-
grated parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes, optional
How To Make pepperoni vegetable pizza

1Spread the sauce over the crust. Add pepperoni and veggies. Top with cheese.

2Bake at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until crust is golden on edges and cheese is melted through.

3Tip: I made this pizza ahead of time and froze it with all the toppings right on top. When I baked it, I put it frozen in the oven and it took about 4-5 minutes longer than from fresh. It tasted great.
