Ingredients For pepperoni vegetable pizza

  • QUICK PIZZA SAUCE
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 c
    tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • sugar, salt,and pepper, to taste
  • PIZZA PREP
  • 1 c
    quick pizza sauce, recipe above, or prepared pizza sauce
  • 1
    pizza dough ball (about 12 oz)
  • 1 md
    roasted red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
  • 1 c
    chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/3 c
    fresh or frozen corn, thawed, drained and patted dry
  • 1 1/2 c
    (6 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    shredded (4 oz) fontina cheese
  • 20 -24 slice
    pepperoni
  • grated parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes, optional

How To Make pepperoni vegetable pizza

    Spread the sauce over the crust. Add pepperoni and veggies. Top with cheese.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until crust is golden on edges and cheese is melted through.

    Tip: I made this pizza ahead of time and froze it with all the toppings right on top. When I baked it, I put it frozen in the oven and it took about 4-5 minutes longer than from fresh. It tasted great.
