Hi! I'm Brooke! I grew up in the city and then married a farmer! Yes, what a HUGE adjustment country life is! So, I've been collecting recipes and making different meals for the last 5 years to get a variety of different suppers! I try to make everything "from scratch." Ingredients For scalloped taters

5-6 mdpotatoes, sliced

1onion, diced
-
2 T.butter
-
1/2 C.flour
-
2 C.milk
-
2 C.cheddar cheese
How To Make scalloped taters

1Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and milk, whisk. Add cheese. Cook til thickens up and cheese has melted.

2In 9x13 pour a little cheese sauce, sliced potatoes, diced onion. Repeat once but leave enough cheese sauce to top with.

3Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hr. I stick under broiler to brown up after the 1 hr.
