3/4 cgrated cabbage

1 tspcornflour

1/2 cpaneer

2 tspsalt,pepper and red chilli powder
- FOR GRAVY:

1 Tbspoil

1/2 cchopped onion

2 Tbspgarlic,green chilli,tomato sauce,soya sauce

1 tspsugar and viniger

1 Tbspcornflour dissolved in 1 cup water

1 tspajinamoto
How To Make vegetable manchurian

1FOR BALLS: Mix all the ingredients into a dough and roll it out in your palms to form balls.Microwave on the rotating plate at 80% power for 2-3min.Keep aside,turning the balls halfway

2FOR GRAVY: In a microwave-safe bowl,add oil,chopped onion,garlic and chilli and microwave for 2min at 100% power.Then add the rest of the ingredients and microwave covered for 3min at 100% power.Stir in between

3Lastly add the balls into it and microwave covered at 80% power for 2-3min.Stand it for 2min
