Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes, red, yukon gold, russet, fingerling or new
- 1/2 - 3/4 cups dressing: mayo, sour cream, miricle whip, caesar dressing, ranch dressing, zesty italian dressing, balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 1 1/2 cups ingredient mix ins: bacon, hard boiled eggs, sweet onions, celery, cherry tomatoes, red or yellow bell pepper, shredded cheese, green beans, green onions, radishes, apples, olives, relish, peas, corn, red onion, parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon - 1 tbsp seasoning mix ins: dijon musard, horseradish sauce, parsley, celery seeds, basil, chives, cilantro, cumin, dill
How To Make make it your own potato salad

Step 1Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 minutes or just until tender; drain.

Step 2Place warm potatoes in a large bowl. Add dressing of choice; toss to coat.

Step 3Add ingredient mix ins & seasoning mix ins of choice; mix lightly. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
