1 boxjiffy corn muffin mix

1 canwhole kernel corn-drained

How To Make easy corn souffle

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Spray the bottom and sides of a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick spray. It's best to use a flatter pan to ensure cooking all the way through.

3Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into pan. Place in center of oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before dishing up. You'll make this diah on special occasions and for Sunday dinner...
