I haven't made this recipe yet, but I thought it was different than the regular lime, raspberry, etc jello molds we all make for the holidays and I thought it sounded perfect for Thanksgiving. Enjoy!

Ingredients For autumn jello mold

2envelopes unflavored gelatin

2 1/2 capple juice
-
1/4 clight brown sugar
-
1 1/4 cpear nectar
-
1/4 tspground cinnamon
-
1/8 tspground nutmeg
-
1small pear, chopped
-
1small apple, chopped
-
6dried calimyrna figs, quartered
-
1/4 cchopped pecans or walnuts(optional)
How To Make autumn jello mold

1Sprinkle gelatin over 1 cup apple juice in a medium saucepan. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved over low heat. Approximately 5 minutes. Stir in sugar until dissolved.

2Blend remaining 1 1/2 cup apple juice, pear nectar, gelatin mixture, and spices in a large bowl. Chill and stir occasionally for about 60 minutes or until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in pear, apple, figs, and nuts. Pour into a 6 cup mold. Chill for 3 hours or until firm.

3Unmold onto a pretty platter.
