2 cground meat mix*

1 can(16 oz.) chop suey vegetables (drained)

1 pkg(10 oz.) frozen peas

2 Tbspcornstarch

1/4 tspground ginger

3 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspwater

1 smtomato, quartered

chow mein noodles or hot cooked rice
How To Make oriental skillet

1In a large saucepan or skillet, combine Ground Meat Mix*, chop suey vegetables, frozen peas, and 1 cup of water. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a small mixing bowl, blend together cornstarch, sugar, and ginger; gradually stir in soy sauce and 2 tablespoons water. Add to beef mixture; cook and stir until thickened. Serve over chow mein noodles, or hot cooked rice. *Ground Meat Mix recipe located in this program
