Ingredients For citrus ginger scallops

412-inch wooden skewers

1 lbbay scallops

1 tspgrated orange peel

1/2 corange juice
-
1 tspgrated gingerroot

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 clovegarlic, minced
How To Make citrus ginger scallops

1Soak skewers in water. Rinse scallops and place in shallow glass dish.

2Stir together peel, juice, ginger, soy sauce and garlic and pour mixture over scallops. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes, turning scallops once.

3Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread scallops onto skewers.

4Grill for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes. Turn and cook 2 to 2-1/2 minutes longer.
