  • 4 lb
    pork spare ribs (country)
  • 2 or 3 lg
    jars kraut
  • 2-15 oz can
    diced tomatoes
  • 2 md
    chopped onions

How To Make sauerkraut with pork ribs or chops

  • 1
    Put a layer of Kraut, Layer onions, layer Pork, and do again if necessary. Top with tomatoes.

    Salt and Pepper to taste.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hrs.
