Ingredients For nana joann's italian meatballs

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 tsp
    granulated or powdered garlic
  • 1/2 c
    grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    chopped basil(fresh optional)
  • 1 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 2 md
    eggs
  • 0 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1/2-1 c
    olive oil
  • NANA JOANN'S ITALIAN MEAT BALLS.

How To Make nana joann's italian meatballs

  • 1
    Place all above ingredients in large bowl(not oil).Mix well with clean hands,when done mixing wash hands.In large skillet pour in oil heat on medium heat.Make golf sized balls place one by one into heated skillet.When a golden brown put one by one in your sauce.Cook in sauce a hour or two
