Ingredients For ham loaf

11/2 lbground ham
-
1 lbground pork
-
1 cbread crumbs
-
22 eggs
-
1 cmilk
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 cpacked brown sugar
-
1/2 cwatere
-
1/2 cwhite vinegar
-
11/2 tspdry mustard
How To Make ham loaf

1Mix the first 6 ingredients well in large bowel.

2Put into a loaf pan. Set aside while making Syrup topping

3Mix together brown sugar, water, vinegar,and dry mustard and cook sto a thin syrup.

4Pour over Ham load and Bake for 11/2 hours at 350 degrees. During baking ,baste with the syrup to keep it from drying out.
