With cooked Potatoes and Ham in a casserole dish, topped with cheese sauce; how can you go wrong! I cooked a huge Ham for Christmas, cut it up in small chunks and froze it in 2 cups amounts in freezer bags. I just pull out a bag when I want a casserole with Ham or for any reason. This one is really good. I have made this in the past and my family has always enjoyed it. I will be making it again in a few weeks. At that time, I will add my picture. In the meantime, I am borrowing DVO's picture. The recipe doesn't call for peas; however, I sometimes add a few for color. It works well..
