Ingredients For creamed ham and asparagus

1 lbasparagus, cut into 1" pieces

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

3eggs, hard boiled and chopped

1.5 lbham, cooked and cubed

1/2 tspdried parsley

1/2 tsppepper

1 tspsalt

2 Tbspbutter

1.5 cmilk

1 Tbspcornstarch

How To Make creamed ham and asparagus

1In a saucepan, cook asparagus in a small amount of water until tender; drain and set aside.

2In a medium saucepan, mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons milk.

3Add butter, salt, pepper and remaining milk; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

4Add parsley, ham, eggs, cheese and asparagus; cook and stir over low heat until ham is warmed and cheese is melted.

5Serve over toast points (or biscuits).
