This has to be one of the most delicious casseroles ever!! It satisfies that need for comfort food. The cheeses and pairing of the saltine crackers are out of this world! You will want to eat it all in one sitting!! I highly suggest doubling it!! :)

Ingredients For macaroni and cheese casserole

1-8 ozbox of elbow macaroni

1-8 ozprocessed cheese such as velveeta
-
1-10.75 ozcan of condensed cheddar cheese soup

1 csour cream
-
1/4 cshredded parmesan cheese
-
1/2 cmilk
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
1/2 ccrushed saltines
-
2 Tbspbutter
How To Make macaroni and cheese casserole

1Cook pasta according to box directions. Drain

2Put macaroni in a bowl

3Stir in the bowl with the macaroni, the processed cheese, cheese soup, sour cream, parmesean cheese, and salt and pepper.

4Pour mixture in a casserole dish.

5In another bowl, mix crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.

6Cover with aluminum foil.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
