This meatloaf is a combination of other recipes I've tried. We had it for dinner last night and it got rave reviews-and from some picky eaters. Great served with mashed potatoes and green beans-our favorite comfort foods. Enjoy!

Ingredients For oh so good meatloaf

2 lbground beef
-
1 lbground pork
-
1green pepper, chopped

1medium onion, chopped

1 pkgprepared stuffing mix (i used stove top, 6 oz, turkey flavor

2eggs
-
pepper, to taste

1/2 cmilk
How To Make oh so good meatloaf

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Crush stuffing mix to fine crumbs.

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Put in two greased loaf pans.

5Top with catsup and bake for about an hour to an hour and 20 minutes. Meatloaf should have internal temperature of 170 degrees.

6Remove from oven and let sit for about 5 minutes.
