Ingredients For salmon patties

1 can of salmon

2 eggs
-
3/4 cup mayonaise

pinch of salt
-
pinch of garlic powder
-
4 ounces saltines
-
2 tbsp crisco
How To Make salmon patties

1Mix all ingredients except saltines and Crisco. By hand is best.

2Add enough crushed saltines to form a mixture that can easily shaped into 4 patties.

3Fry patties in a skillet in the hot shortening until golden brown on both sides.
