Ingredients For moroccan honey and paprika prawns

500 glarge prawns, peeled, deveined

3garlic cloves, crushed

4 Tbspolive oil

2 tsppaprika

1 Tbspground cumin

1 tspground ginger

1 tspcayenne pepper

salt to taste

2 Tbsphoney

juice of 1 lemon
-
1 Tbspflat leaf parsley, finely chopped
How To Make moroccan honey and paprika prawns

1Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, add the garlic. Reduce heat to medium and saute the garlic for 1-2 minutes.

2Add all the ground spices and honey stir well to combine. Turn heat to high and add the prawns.

3Stir to coat them and cook for 4-5 minutes until the prawns are pink.

4Remove from heat, squeeze on lemon juice, add parsley, toss then serve immediately.
