corned beef casserole

I found this recipe in an old steno pad that was my mom's. She kept lots of recipes from friends there.

Ingredients For corned beef casserole

  • 16 oz
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 12 oz
    can corned beef
  • 1/4 lb
    american cheese, cubed
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onions
  • 3/4 c
    buttered bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make corned beef casserole

  • 1
    Cook macaroni, drain. Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs, putting them over the top. Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
