Tastes just like Cabbage Rolls except you don't have to spend all the time rolling them up. I always add a bag of sauerkraut (drained) to mine.

Ingredients For cabbage roll casserole

1 Qt cantomato juice

1 medcabbage head
-
3 lbsground beef
-
1lbsausage
-
1 lgonion
-
1cupminute rice

2eggs
-
1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 lggreen bell pepper, diced
How To Make cabbage roll casserole

1Mix all ingredients except cabbage & tomato sauce.

2Cut cabbage into bite size pieces. Put a layer in bottom of large pan and then layer meat mixture. Keep doing this till you use up all the cabbage and meat mixture .Keep a Layer cabbage for the top.

3Pour tomato juice over top of cabbage. Cover and cook on medium heat 2 1/2 hrs to 3 hrs. Until meat is done.
