Ingredients For italian spaghetti casserole

1 lblean ground sirloin or chuck

1 cdiced onions

1green pepper, about 3/4 c

1 clovegarlic, minced finely

2 Tbspolive oil

1 canyour favorite jar or can spaghetti sauce-i like rinaldi

1 lbpkg spagethi, not quite al dente, drained and kept warm

1 lbshredded velveeta, i actually put more in!

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make italian spaghetti casserole

1Saute garlic, onions, and pepper in oil till tender. Add 1 lb hamburger to pan, cook till no longer pink, drain. While stiill hot, in very large bowl, mix spaghetti, salt and pepper, jarred spaghetti sauce, the meat mixture and the Velveeta. Put in greased 9 X13 glass casserole or baking dish. Cover with foil and bake. I have to be honest, the more Velveeta you put in the more the people rave about this. It truly is loved by all!!!

2Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hr ot till bubbly!

3Serve warm out of the oven. I will some time add a tossed salad, homemade garlic bread or even green beans if zI am serving a group to finish out the meal.
