Ingredients For my goulash

2 lbground beef
-
6italian sausage, sweet uncased and broken up

1 lgdiced onion

8 oz cansliced mushrooms, drained

1/2 lgdiced green pepper

2 candiced tomatoes with juice

6 oz cantomato paste

12 oztomato sauce
-
3 lg clovegarlic, diced

1 lb boxelbows cooked according to directions and put aside to add last minute.

1/2 tsppaprica,italian seasonings,salt, pepper, sugar, and parm. cheese to taste. use more if you like, make it your own!
How To Make my goulash

1Brown meats, drain. Place in dutch oven.

2Saute onion, garlic, mushrooms and green pepper until soft. Add to dutch oven.

3Add seasonings and of course the cans of tomato paste and sauce to dutch oven and simmer for 45 minutes. Add drained elbows at the last minute or pasta will become mushy. Does not freeze well with pasta, can freeze w/o the elbows till you are ready to use.
