Ingredients For italian sausage, cannellini beans, & collard soup

1stalk celery chopped

1large carrot chopped

1container low sodium chicken broth
-
1 lbbulk italian sausage
-
1can drained collards
-
2cannellini beans
-
1onion
-
1 lggarlic clove or minced garlic
How To Make italian sausage, cannellini beans, & collard soup

1Finely dice celery, carrot, onion, garlic, and cook in olive oil. In separate pan cook bulk Italian sausage til done and in small pieces, drain &/or rinse. Add chicken broth. Drain and rinse Cannellini beans, add to soup mixture. Add 1 can of drained collards and warm all thru. Season to taste. Herbs, salt, pepper. Salute or seasons of choice.
