Ingredients For chicken vegetable casserole

2 cchicken, cooked and chopped

1/4 tspcurry powder

1/2 tspyellow mustard

1.5 tsplemon juice

2/3 cgrated cheddar cheese

1 pkgfrozen mixed vegetables

1 canwater chestnuts, drained and chopped

1/2 cmayonnaise
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1/4 cseasoned bread crumbs
How To Make chicken vegetable casserole

1Combine soup, mayo, chestnuts, lemon juice, mustard and curry powder for sauce.

2Mix well.

3In 1-1/2 quart casserole, layer half veggies, chicken, sauce and cheese.

4Repeat.

5Top with bread crumbs. (Freeze if desired at this point)

6Preheat oven to 375, thaw casserole and bake approx 1 hour or until heated through.
