2-3 lbground beef

2 lgeggs

4 slicebread(wet with water to make soft)

2 boxbeef onion soup (one box for patties ans one for gravy)
How To Make salesbury steak

1Add all ingredients together,(but a box one beef onion soup)in bowl,make patties,like a football,about 3 to 4inchs long and 3 to 4inchs deep

2put a little butter in frying pan. add patties,cook until brown

3In another bowl. mix the 2nd box of beef onion soup with 3 to 4 cups of water, stir.Pour over patties in frying pan,keep turning

4cook for about 30 to 40 mins on medium heat
