Rearranged smoothie recipe from the AllNutriBulletRecipes' website. During Thanksgiving season I stock up on cranberries and freeze to eat throughout the year. They are my all time favorite berry! I also added some orange zest although it is optional.

1 lgorange, juice of

3/4 cfresh cranberries (or partially thawed frozen cranberries)

1/2 scoopbanana, fresh or partially frozen, chopped

2dates, pitted and chopped

1/2 tspcrystallized ginger, crushed or pinch of ground ginger

1/3-1/2 ccrushed ice
-
pinchground mace (small pinch!)
How To Make cranberry zing smoothie

1Place all ingredients in blender and BLEND until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add some filtered water or more crushed ice and blend.
