I made this one morning and enjoyed it so much I just had to share. It's very simple and diabetic friendly. I have a single cup brewer that I love but you may make a big pot full and serve as many as you like by simple multiplying the amounts. Time given is for a single cup coffee maker.

Ingredients For anyday holiday coffee

  • 10 oz
    fresh brewed coffee
  • 1
    3 inch cinnamon stick
  • 4
    drops peppermint extract (you might want to start with less and add if you like)
  • splenda sugar substitute
  • fat-free evaporated milk (optional)

How To Make anyday holiday coffee

  • 1
    Brew the coffee.
  • 2
    Drop the cinnamon stick into the cup.
  • 3
    Add coffee, peppermint extract and Splenda.
  • 4
    Add milk if using. Stir and enjoy.
