Ingredients For coeur a la creme

1 ccottage cheese

1 ccream cheese
-
1/2 csour cream

1/2 cheavy cream

1/2 tspvanilla extract

powdered sugar to taste
How To Make coeur a la creme

1Line your mold (or a colander) with cheese cloth that has been rinsed in cold water and wrung out. Let excess hang over the sides.

2Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Whip the heavy cream to very soft peaks and fold in. Add powdered sugar to taste. Stir in vanilla.

3Spoon into prepared mold and fold cheese cloth over the top. Cover with plastis wrap and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Place mold on a plate to catch drainage.

4To serve: open cheese cloth and invert onto a serving plate. Serve with fresh berries and whipped cream.
