Strawberries are in season here in Florida and I am always looking for new recipes to make with them. Easter is coming and these would be a great addition to you Easter Sunday dessert counter. Easy for kids to help & I am sure a great gift idea in a plastic gift bag, or decorated glass plate, cake stand...you could even place them beautifully on a deviled egg glass plate..perfect size.

vanilla almond bark
How To Make strawberry carrots

1Clean strawberries leaving the green stem on top. Dry on paper towels.

2Melt bark and add in orange food coloring to the color of your choice.

3Place parchment paper or wax paper on a cookie sheet. Dip each strawberry in white chocolate & place on cookie sheet. Place in fridge until hard. Place in an air tight container until ready to use. I would make them the day before...no longer than that. They tend to get wet and they don't look as nice.
