This recipe comes from a friend of mine name Bobbie Sue, She used to make these and bring them to us at work. Never had them until I met her. Great desert.

Ingredients For apple dumplings

2 can8 each cresant rolls
-
4 lggreen granny smith apples
-
2 csugar
-
2 corange juice
-
2 stickbutter or margerine

1 Tbspapple pie spice

1 Tbspcinnamon, ground
How To Make apple dumplings

11/4 and core apples (You may peel if you like)Wrap each apple in a cresant roll and set inside of pan,until all apples are wrapped. Put the apples and cresants in a preheated 400 degree oven untl cresants are brown apprx. 15 min.

2In a Boiler pan put sugar, juice,and butter Bring to a boil for about 5 Min. and set aside.After you have your cresant browned pour mixture over all cresants and apples add apple pie spice and cinnnamon sprinkled over all cresants and continue to bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.
