1 cblueberries, (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- CRUMB TOPPING

1/4 cbrown sugar

3 Tbspflour

1 tspcinnamon

3 Tbspbutter (melted)
How To Make blueberry muffins ll

1Combine all the dry ingredients...flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2In a separate bowl, melt the butter and beat in the eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, and lemon zest Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just barely combined.

3Add the berries and mix gently. Scoop into a greased, unlined muffin pan.

4Mix together all the ingredients for the crumb topping and sprinkle evenly over the muffins. Bake at 400 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
