2 lgapples, peeled, cored and sliced

3/4 chot tea
How To Make upside-down apple gingerbread

1Pour butter into a 9-inch square baking pan.

2Arrange apples over butter; sprinkle with brown sugar and set aside.

3For gingerbread, combine butter, molasses, sugars and egg in a mixing bowl; mix well.

4Combine dry ingredients; add to sugar mixture alternately with hot tea.

5Mix well; pour over apples.

6Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until the cake tests done.

7Cool for 3-5 minutes.

8Loosen sides and invert onto a serving plate.
