Ingredients For dark chocolate chip toffee cookies

2 stickbutter, room temperature

1 clight brown sugar

1/2 csugar

2eggs
-
1 1/2 tspvanilla extract

2 1/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt
-
1 pkgdark chocolate chips (i use herseys special dark)

1 cheath brickle chips
How To Make dark chocolate chip toffee cookies

1In a large bowl cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined.

2Sift flour, soda and salt together and add to the butter mixture and beat until smooth.

3Stir in the chocolate and bricle chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

4Use a cookie scoop to measure out your cookies into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Let rest in pan for a minute before moving to your cooling area. (I leave on the parchment paper.) Makes 4-5 dozen.
