    vegetable oil
  • 2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 2 c
    self rising flour
  • 2
    4 ounce jars strained plum baby food with tapioca
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • GLAZE
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1
    lemon, juiced

How To Make madonna's plum cake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. Mix oil, sugar, eggs, cloves, cinnamon, flour and baby food in a large bowl with mixer, beat at medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes, stir in pecans. pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Prepare the glaze, Poke holes in the cake with a fork and pour the glaze over the warm cake.
