Until camp in 2015, I had never altered my dump cake recipes other than for flavor options. When I found out we had a problem with gluten, and was offered a gluten free cake mix, I had never realized that this would be just as good. The difference? It came out more like an apple crumble cake, but it was really good! The girls learned that there are people with different food needs, and there was literally NONE left in the bottom of my Dutch Oven!

How To Make dump cake, gluten free

1Dump the apple filling in the bottom of a lined Dutch Oven. Sprinkle with the gluten free cake mix, and drizzle with the pop. Cook to temperature and time on the back of the cake mix, until done.
