Ingredients For carrot pineapple cake

1 1/4 cwesson oil

2 tspsoda

2 tspcinnamon

1 cchopped pecans

2 tspvanilla

2 csugar

3 ccake flour

1 tspsalt

1 1/2 cgrated carrots

1(20 ounce) can crushed pineapple well drained
How To Make carrot pineapple cake

1Combine eggs sugar and oil and beat well. Sift flour soda salt & cinnamon; add to sugar mixture and beat well. Stir in carrots, pecans,pineapple & vanilla.

2Pour into a greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube pan. and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr & 15 mins or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 10 mins. Remove from pan and let cool completely. Serve plain or with butter cream frosting, if desired.
