1-1/2 csugar

2eggs

2 corange juice-ready made

4 call purpose flour

4 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda
- CRUMB TOPPING

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 cmargarine, softened
-
1 cpecans or your favorite nut (optional)
- GLAZE

1 cconfectioners' sugar

3 Tbspmilk
-
1 tspvanilla (or almond if you use almonds)extract
How To Make quick coffee cake

1Preheat oven to 375. Prepare 13X9 pan (grease & flour or non-stick spray, or parchment on bottom & spray sides).

2Combine all cake ingredients in large bowl, blend well, pour into prepared pan.

3Combine topping ingredients in small bowl and crumble over batter mixture.

4Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Cool. Combine Glaze ingredients in small bowl and drizzle over cooled coffee cake.
