I am not a breakfast eater when I first get up. Hubby went back to work today, so I had to come up with something to eat. I got so spoiled with him at home, he let me sleep in until 15 minutes before work, and made me breakfast and lunch. He is worried that I will starve to death with out him home!

Ingredients For easy turkey breakfast sandwiches

4 sliceoven roasted turkey lunch meat. (mine is thin, so if yours is thicker, one piece will do)

2 slicecolby jack cheese

2english muffins
-
2 Tbspchopped green onions
How To Make easy turkey breakfast sandwiches

1Heat nonstick pan over medium heat, start toasting muffins.

2Once pan is hot, crack egg on one side and warm turkey on the other. when turkey is hot, remove from pan. When the bottom of the egg has set, and is firm enough to flip, flip the egg. When egg is cooked, place on bottom half of muffin, top with cheese, onions and then turkey.
